摘要

为解决质量法液氮流量标准装置传统加液枪连接方式需人工插拔枪,自动化程度低,操作不便捷等问题,文章提出采用一种自动举升定位系统,通过程序控制实现对储气容器的自动充装或脱离操作,从而提高装置检测自动化,减少人为操作带来的影响,同时也提高检测效率.

Abstract

The gas storage container and pipes of Liquid-nitrogen flow standard facilities are usually con-nected by traditional dispenser nozzle.In order to solve the problems of low automation,inconvenient op-eration,an automatic lifting and positioning system is proposed.The automatic filling or disconnecting op-eration of gas storage container is realized by program control.So that the automation of testing can be im-proved,the influence of manual operation can be reduced,and the efficiency of testing can also be im-proved.
