针对现有弹簧冲击器校准装置存在的关键技术指标测量精度低和易产生读数误差等缺点,设计一款弹簧冲击器校准装置的数字化测量系统.该系统基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术,包括数据采集终端和上位机管理软件两部分.重点设计搭建角度采集硬件模块、编写角度采集和数据处理软件模块.实现冲击摆杆转角数据的采集和冲击能量的高准确度测量,测量精度可达0.001 J,测量不确定度可达到Urel=3×10-3(k=2).通过系统测试和量值比对试验,验证该数字化测量系统具有良好的实用性和可靠性,使校准装置的计量性能和功能均满足校准工作需求.对冲击能的量值传递和溯源具有重要意义.
Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing spring impactor calibration device,such as low measurement accuracy of key technical indicators and easy to produce reading errors,a digital measure-ment system for the spring impactor calibration device was designed.The system is based on Lab VIEW virtual instrument technology,including data acquisition terminal and host computer management soft-ware.Focus on the design and construction of angle acquisition hardware module and the preparation of angle acquisition and data processing software module.The data collection of impact swing angle and high accuracy measurement of impact energy are realized.The measurement accuracy can reach 0.OO1J and the measurement uncertainty can reach Urel=3x10-3(k=2).Through the system test and value com-parison test,it is verified that the digital measurement system has good practicability and reliability,so that the metrological performance and function of the calibration device can meet the needs of calibra-tion.It is of great significance to the transmission and traceability of impact energy.
