摘要
温度冲击试验箱是一种常见的环境试验设备,广泛应用于电子元器件、金属、塑料、橡胶等领域,其准确与否直接影响测试产品的好坏,目前国家还没有可依据的校准规范.文章简述了温度冲击试验箱的分类和试验依据,根据其主要试验参数进行讨论分析,并提出一种可行性校准方法.
Abstract
Temperature impact test chamber is a common environmental test equipment,which is widely used in electronic components,metal,plastic,rubber and other fields.Its accuracy directly affects the quality of the test products.At present,there is no calibration specification that can be relied on in the country.This paper briefly describes the classification and test basis of temperature shock test chamber,discusses and analyzes its main test parameters,and proposes a feasible calibration method.
