摘要
现有的一些液位测量装置测量过程中存在主观目视误差,不能方便快捷、稳定准确测量液面高度.文章研制了一种基于激光干涉法的液位测量仪,运用激光干涉测距原理可直接获取液面高度变化计算得到绝对或相对液位.该装置结构简单、一体化程度较高、操作简捷,测量精度可以达到±0.1 mm,具有良好的适用性、经济性和可操控性.
Abstract
Some existing liquid level measurement devices have subjective visual errors during the meas-urement process,which cannot conveniently,quickly,stably,and accurately measure the liquid level height.This article develops a liquid level measurement instrument based on laser interferometry,which can directly obtain the absolute or relative liquid level changes by using the principle of laser interferometry dis-tance measurement.This device has a simple structure,high integration level,and simple operation.The measurement accuracy can reach±0.1 mm,and it has good applicability,economy,and controllability.
