摘要

为了解决目前河北省高压流量计在常压状态下检定误差较大的问题,提出了研制环道式高压气体流量标准装置的设计方案.根据装置特点及测量原理,确定了正压、标准表法测量方法,根据JJG 643-2003确定了装置的总体方案;针对高压环境特点对装置的关键机械结构进行了优化设计;通过数学模型,设计了"绝压+差压"测量模式;并根据实际工作场地对管道的布局以及阀门等进行了优化设计,整体装置可实现最大管径DN300、压力范围0.4~4.0 MPa、流量范围16~7 500 m3/h,扩展不确定度为0.33%(k=2)的检测能力.

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of high pressure flowmeter verification error in normal pressure state,a design scheme for developing annular high pressure gas flow standard device is put for-ward.According to the characteristics and measuring principle of the device,the measuring methods of positive pressure and standard table are determined,and the overall scheme of the device is determined according to JJG 643-2003.According to the characteristics of high pressure environment,the key me-chanical structure of the device is optimized.Through mathematical model,the measuring mode of"ab-solute pressure+differential pressure"is designed.According to the actual work site,the pipeline layout and valves are optimized.The overall device can achieve the maximum pipe diameter DN300,the pres-sure range(0.4~4.0)MPa,the flow range(16~7 500)m3/h,and the extended uncertainty of 0.33%(k=2)detection capability.
