文章旨在探讨神经网络在工业计量领域中的作用.介绍了神经网络的基本原理和特点,以及它在工业计量中的应用优势.分别从传感器校准、工艺参数建模和质量控制三个方面,详细阐述了神经网络在工业计量中的具体应用案例,并分析了其优缺点.在此基础上,总结了神经网络在工业计量中的优点和存在的问题,并展望了未来神经网络在该领域中的发展趋势.可以看到神经网络在工业计量中具有很大的潜力和广阔的应用前景,但同时也需要进一步完善和优化.
Abstract
This article aims to explore the role of neural networks in the field of industrial metrology.Firstly,the basic principles and characteristics of neural networks were introduced,as well as their application advantages in industrial metrology.Subsequently,specific application cases of neural networks in industrial metrology were elaborated in detail from three aspects:sensor calibration,process parameter modeling,and quality control,and their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed.On this basis,the advantages and existing problems of neural networks in industrial metrology are summarized,and the future development trend of neural networks in this field is prospected.Through the research in this article,we can see that neural networks have great potential and broad application prospects in in-dustrial metrology,but at the same time,further improvement and optimization are also needed.
