摘要

通过建立覆盖新疆全区能耗监测大数据平台,动态掌握产业结构、能源消耗和排放特征等关键信息,探索建立多维度大数据分析模型,为新疆经济发展、节能提效、减碳环保等政策制定提供技术数据,促进新疆经济社会发展绿色低碳转型.

Abstract

By establishing a big data platform for energy consumption monitoring covering the whole re-gion of Xinjiang,we can dynamically grasp key information such as industrial structure,energy con-sumption and emission characteristics,and explore the establishment of multi-dimensional big data analy-sis models to provide technical data for Xinjiang's economic development,energy saving and efficiency improvement,carbon reduction and environmental protection policies,and promote the green and low-carbon transformation of Xinjiang's economic and social development.
