摘要
针对国家标准GB/T778.1-2018中对使用电池供电的智能水表提出要保证"电池180天预警"的技术要求,提出了一种用于智能物联网水表锂亚电池的基于限流保护技术的电池容量监测应用系统,在保证水表正常工作的基础上,通过增设限流电路,电流采样电路实时积算电池的放电电量,实现在限制电池大电流放电的前提下对电池容量进行实时监测,通过实际应用对其监测能力进行验证.
Abstract
According to the national standard GB/T 778.1-2018,the technical requirements of"180 days of battery warning"are put forward for smart water meters using battery power,a battery capacity monitoring application system based on current limiting protection technology was proposed for lithium subbattery of intelligent Internet of Things water meter,on the basis of ensuring the normal operation of the water meter,by adding a current limiting circuit,the current sampling circuit calculates the dis-charge quantity of the battery in real time,realizing the real-time monitoring of the battery capacity under the premise of limiting the large current discharge of the battery,the monitoring ability is verified by practical application.
