摘要
文章对闪点测定及其量值溯源方法进行综述,并对仪器校准影响因素进行分析.闪点是反映石油化工产品安全性和质量的重要指标,闪点值的准确测量意义重大.闪点测量方法众多,使用时需注意区别.依据国家校准规范,通过校准实现闪点测定仪的量值溯源和性能评价.从"人机料法环"等方面分析探讨校准工作中常遇到的影响因素,减少校准过程中的不良因素影响,提高计量工作效率,确保仪器性能准确可靠.
Abstract
In this paper,the methods of flash point measurement and traceability are reviewed,and the influencing factors of calibration are analyzed.Flash point is an important index reflecting the safety and quality of petrochemical products,and accurate measurement of flash point value is of great signifi-cance.According to the national calibration specification,traceability and performance evaluation of flash point testers were realized.The influencing factors often encountered in the calibration work were analyzed from"man,machine,material,method,environment"and other aspects.It aimed to reduce the in-fluence of adverse factors in the calibration process,improve the measurement efficiency,and ensure ac-curate and reliable instrument performance.
