快速响应温敏涂层测试技术研究综述

温敏涂层作为一类先进的非接触式光学测试方法,能够实现高时空分辨率的全局壁面温度的精细测量.高速飞行器壁面温度的精细化风洞测试对于飞行器气动布局与热防护设计至关重要.文章梳理温敏涂层测试技术方面的研究进展,对国内外TSP技术研究进展给出全面的评述,并结合温敏涂层在激波风洞与暂冲式风洞两类典型的高速风洞中的应用实例讨论了快速响应温敏涂层测试技术面临的挑战以及相应对策.最后,对于快响应TSP技术的未来发展方向进行了展望.
Review of rapid response TSP measurement technology
Temperature-sensitive coatings,as an advanced non-contact optical measurement method,can achieve fine measurement of global wall temperature with high spatio-temporal resolution.The fine-grained wind tunnel measurement of the wall temperature of high-speed aircraft is very important for the aerodynamic layout and thermal protection design of aircraft.This paper reviews the research progress of thermal sensitive coating testing technology,gives a comprehensive review of TSP technology at home and abroad,and discusses the challenges and countermeasures of rapid response thermal sensitive coating testing technology in combination with the application examples of thermal sensitive coating in two typical high-speed wind tunnels,shock wave wind tunnel and transient impulse wind tunnel.Finally,the future development direction of fast response TSP technology is prospected.
