便携式激光诱导击穿光谱仪校准方法讨论及不确定度评定

文章介绍了便携式激光诱导击穿光谱仪的工作原理,针对目前该仪器国家计量技术规范空白的现状,结合仪器特点和使用需求,以测量铝合金光谱分析用有证标准物质和纯铝光谱分析标准物质中的Cu、Mg、Si、Fe、Mn、Zn元素为例,给出仪器示值误差、示值重复性、稳定性、检出限的校准方法,并结合大量实验给出了上述校准项目的计量性能要求,评定了仪器示值误差的不确定度.该校准方法在某种程度上为便携式激光诱导击穿光谱仪的量值溯源提供了技术依据,具有一定借鉴作用.
Discussion on the calibration method and uncertainty evaluation of portable laser induced breakdown spectrometer
This article introduces the working principle of a laser induced breakdown spectrometer.In re-sponse to the current situation of blank national metrological technical specifications for this instrument,combined with the characteristics and usage needs of the instrument,the calibration methods for instru-ment indication error,indication repeatability,stability,and detection limit are provided by taking Cu,Mg,Si,Fe,Mn and Zn elements in certified reference materials for aluminum alloy spectral analysis and pure aluminum spectral analysis reference materials as examples.Based on a large number of experi-ments,the metrological performance requirements for the above calibration items have been provided,and the evaluation method for the uncertainty of instrument indication error has been provided.This cali-bration method provides a technical basis for the traceability of laser induced breakdown spectrometers to some extent,and has a certain reference value.
