摘要

介绍加热炉钢坯表面温度常规热电偶和辐射测量方式及存在的不足,针对钢坯埋偶和黑匣子等测量只适用于钢坯加热测试,不能满足钢坯加热过程的连续测量的问题,提出一种在步进式加热炉耐热垫块中埋偶进行温度连续测量的方法,根据钢坯移动变化长度及各垫块测点钢坯温度数值,构建钢坯加热时的温度变化模型,实现对钢坯表面温度预测跟踪.

Abstract

This article introduces the conventional thermocouple and radiation measurement methods for the surface temperature of steel billets in a heating furnace,as well as their shortcomings.In response to the problem that measurements such as buried thermocouple and black box are only suitable for steel bil-let heating testing and cannot meet the continuous measurement of the steel billet heating process,a method for continuous temperature measurement by embedding thermocouple in the heat-resistant pad of a walking beam heating furnace is proposed.Based on the length of steel billet movement and the tempera-ture values of steel billets at each measuring point of the pad,Build a temperature change model during billet heating to achieve prediction and tracking of the surface temperature of the billet.
