摘要

转炉智能一键无人炼钢系统是国家智能制造战略的重要组成部分,是众多钢铁厂追求的目标.智能炼钢包含多种先进技术及算法,包括炉气分析检测技术、声呐测渣控枪技术、炉口火焰识别技术、A1神经网络算法等,对于标准化炼钢操作,提高终点命中率,稳定产品质量,降低炼钢成本,减轻操作人员负担有重要作用.文章介绍了智能炼钢系统的研发过程与实际应用,描述了智能炼钢系统主要包含的项目与技术,以及智能炼钢研发成功后,应用效果及达到的目标,并对发展方向进行了展望.

Abstract

The converter intelligent one-button unmanned steelmaking system is an important part of the national intelligent manufacturing strategy,and is the goal pursued by many steel mills.Intelligent steel-making includes a variety of advanced technologies and algorithms,including furnace gas analysis and detection technology,sonar slag control technology,furnace flame identification technology,AI neural network algorithm,etc.,which plays an important role in standardizing steelmaking operations,impro-ving the end point hit rate,stabilizing product quality,reducing steelmaking costs,and reducing the burden on operators.This paper introduces the research and development process and practical application of the intelligent steelmaking system,describes the main projects and technologies of the intelligent steel-making system,and the application effects and goals achieved after the successful research and develop-ment of intelligent steelmaking system,and prospects the development direction.
