Analysis of factors affecting PCR calibration results
With the increasing demand for calibration of various PCR instruments,more and more atten-tion has been paid to the accuracy of calibration result data,this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the temperature and sample concentration of calibration fluorescence quantitative PCR instruments based on specific operations,the temperature result data is mainly affected by the selection of standard instnu-ment,data acquisition time and instrument operation,the sample concentration data are mainly affected by the configuration of reference materials and temperature deviation,this paper summarizes the relevant influencing factors,which can provide reference for improving the accuracy of calibration results and re-ducing the influence of uncertain factors.
