振动控制仪是振动计量中的关键设备,可以输出一定频率的正弦信号,信号经过功率放大器放大后使标准振动台在该频率下振动,标准振动台台面上的参考加速度计采集振动台的振动信号,将信号反馈给振动控制仪,从而完成振动控制仪对振动台的闭环控制.在计量压电加速度计等振动仪器时,用振动控制仪控制标准振动台在一定频率和加速度下稳定运行,并且振动控制仪显示加速度量值准确可靠是十分重要的.文章主要对振动控制仪控制标准振动台的环节中容易影响振动量值准确性的因素进行了分析,并对如何提高振动量值准确性的方法进行了讨论.
A discussion on vibration control instruments
The vibration control instrument is a key equipment in vibration measurement,which can output a sine signal of a certain frequency.The signal is amplified by a power amplifier to make the stand-ard vibration table vibrate at that frequency.The reference accelerometer on the table surface of the stand-ard vibration table collects the vibration signal of the vibration table and feeds it back to the vibration con-trol instrument,thus completing the closed-loop control of the vibration control instrument on the vibra-tion table.When measuring vibration instruments such as piezoelectric accelerometers,it is very impor-tant to use a vibration controller to control the standard vibration table to operate stably at a certain fre-quency and acceleration,and to display accurate and reliable acceleration values on the vibration con-troller.The article mainly analyzes the factors that easily affect the accuracy of vibration values in the process of controlling a standard vibration table with a vibration controller,and discusses how to improve the accuracy of vibration values.
