热老化试验箱的换气率是保障其实验性能的重要参数,换气率参数的校准涉及到温度、电功率、空气密度、工作容积等多个参数,因此评定其测量不确定度过程较为复杂.文章依据JB/T 7444-2018《空气热老化试验箱》中的热老化试验箱换气率校准方法,采用将其测量模型转换成积商形式的方式,对热老化试验箱换气率参数的测量结果不确定度进行评定,简化了评定过程中各分量灵敏系数的计算,以供计量校准人员参考借鉴.
Evaluation of uncertainty in air change rate of thermal aging test chamber
The air change rate of the thermal aging test chamber is an important parameter in ensuring its experimental performance.The calibration of the air change rate parameter involves many parameters,such as temperature,electric power,density of air,and working volume.Therefore,the process of e-valuating its measurement uncertainty is quite complex.This paper mainly uses the air change rate cali-bration method of the thermal aging test chamber in JB/T 7444-2018"Air Thermal Aging Test Cham-ber"to convert its measurement model into a product and quotient form,and greatly simplifies the calcu-lation of the sensitivity coefficients of each component in the evaluation process,providing reference for metrological calibration personnel.
