Optimization of calibration method of piston manometer based on magnetic balance principle
In the calibration process of traditional piston manometer,there are some problems such as high ancertainty and high time consumption.This paper carried out optimization research on verification(calibration)method of piston manometer based on magnetic balance principle,and built a mass meas-urement device model based on magnetic balance principle.The calibration process of manually adding and reducing weights was replaced by weight gravity measurement under the state of magnet repulsion bal-ance.The mathematical model relationship between the magnet spacing and the mass of equivalent cali-bration weights is established.By precisely controlling and adjusting the segment interval of the magnet spacing,the parameters of different resolution requirements are measured.The experimental results show that the measurement data of the designed and constructed device has good repeatability and stability,covering the mass calibration range from 10 mg to 1 000 mg,the adjustment resolution of the micro-weight mass can reach 10 mg,and the high precision measurement is realized,which provides a new idea for the optimization design of the verification(calibration)device of the piston pressure gauge.
