摘要

焦炉煤气又称焦炉气,是炼焦工序的副产品,可燃成分多,属于高热值煤气,故作为燃料在钢铁行业中广泛使用于炼铁、炼钢、轧钢等各项生产的加热环节.由于焦炉煤气生产工艺特点,使得焦炉煤气成分中含有一定量残余的焦油、萘、粉尘、水等杂质,这些杂质极易形成积垢沉积在管道底部,或形成挂垢粘结在管壁内侧,导致管道内部横截面积发生不规则形变,影响流量计测量数据的准确性,文章研究方向排除设备本身和测量系统方面的影响因素,研究的内容主要是针对煤气介质脏污对数据准确性的影响,尝试研究在线探测手段,分析数据偏差,使修正后的数据趋于准确可靠,能够指导生产,为公司能源管理提供支撑,同时,此研究也为同行业类似问题提供一条解决办法的新思路.

Abstract

Coke oven gas,also known as coke oven gas,is a by-product of the coking process,com-bustible components,belongs to the high calorific value of gas,so as fuel in the iron and steel industry is widely used in the ironmaking,steelmaking,rolling steel and other production of heating links,due to the characteristics of the coke oven gas production process,so that the coke oven gas composition con-tains a certain amount of residual tar,naphthalene,dust,water and other impurities,these impurities are very easy to form scale deposited in the bottom of the pipe,or the formation of hanging scale bonded to the inner pipe wall measurement,resulting in regular deformation of the internal cross-sectional area of the pipe,affecting the accuracy of the flow meter measurement data.The research direction of this paper excludes the influencing factors of the equipment itself and the measuring system,the research content is mainly for the influence of the dirty gas medium on the accuracy of the data,try to study the online de-tection means,analyse the data deviation,make the corrected data tend to be accurate and reliable,and can At the same time,this research also provides a new idea to solve similar problems in the same industry.
