压力参数是航空发动机试验验证过程中的重要参数,其准确度直接影响着发动机性能的评价,压力测点测量结果是发动机设计的重要依据.发动机测试用压力传感器等测量仪器需要按要求进行校准,传统的压力校准方法不仅效率低而且人工读数出错的风险较大.文章采用LabVIEW开发平台创新的设计了一套集成实验室校准装置的自动化校准系统,该系统综合集成多台压力控制设备及数据采集设备,极大地发挥了设备自身所具有的智能价值,并具备良好的可扩展性.该系统可以实现全自动校准,自动控制压力、自动采集数据、自动计算数据、自动生成原始记录和报告,有效提高了实验室压力参数校准工作的效率和可靠性.
Pressure parameters are important parameters in aircraft engine testing and verification,and their accuracy directly affects the evaluation of engine performance,which is an important basis for en-gine design.The traditional pressure calibration method has the problem of low efficiency and the risk of errors caused by manual readings.An automated calibration system integrating laboratory calibration de-vices was innovatively designed using the Lab VIEW development platform.The system integrates multiple pressure control devices and data acquisition devices,greatly leveraging the intelligent value of the de-vices themselves and possessing good scalability.This system can achieve fully automatic calibration,au-tomatically control pressure,collect data,calculate data,generate original records and reports,effec-tively improving the efficiency and reliability of laboratory pressure parameter calibration work.The graph-ical programming environment of Lab VIEW plays a core role in achieving data collection,analysis,and processing.
