文章论述了如何通过选定的4等(或5等准确度等级)标准量块组和自制工装夹具,对现场使用的各类固定安装的线位移传感器实施在线校准.通过在线校准,可以消除仅送检传感器所带来的整机系统误差风险,还大大降低了定期拆装所带来的人工成本、时间成本以及对传感器的损坏,做到了真正意义的整机系统校准,使获得的测量值更加反应整机技术性能,更能准确测量出整机的系统误差,满足工艺使用要求,提升了测量设备在线检测水平及能力.经过数个周期实验数据对比分析,验证了校准方法的可靠性和准确性,为其它计量器具的在线校准提供了参考依据.
On site calibration of linear displacement sensors
This paper describes how to calibrate all kinds of fixed line displacement sensors used in the field by the standard measuring block of grade 4(or grade 5 accuracy)and self-made fixture.Through online calibration,it can eliminate the risk of system error of the whole machine caused by only sending the sensor,and greatly reduce the labor cost,time cost and damage to the sensor caused by regular dis-assembly and assembly,so as to achieve the real sense of the whole machine system calibration,so that the obtained measurement value is more reflective of the technical performance of the whole machine,more accurately measure the system error of the whole machine,and meet the process requirements and improve the level and ability of online detection of measuring equipment.Through comparative analysis of several cycles of experimental data,the reliability and accuracy of the calibration method are verified,which provides a reference for online calibration of other measuring instruments.
