多工位储水式电热水器能效智能检测装置的设计研究

研究课题旨在解决传统检测速度慢,效率低等不足,采用现代传感器技术、高可靠性的数据采集卡、电磁阀控制技术以及稳定的工业计算机,应用Labview语言、PID控制技术和流量判稳算法,开发一款高效、准确、智能的储水式电热水器能效检测系统.通过试验表明,装置的测量重复性优于传统的人工检测装置,且评定的测量不确定度满足国家监督检查技术规范的要求.
The design research of multi-station intelligent energy efficient testing system of electric storage water heater
This research is aim at solving the problems of the traditional low detection efficiency,low speed and others.It exploits a high-efficiency,accurate and intelligent energy efficient testing system of electric storage water heater which uses modern sensor technology,high-reliable DAQ Card,solenoid valve control technology,stable industrial computer,Labview language,PID control technology and flow stabilization algorithm.The experiment proved that the measurement repeatability of device is better than the traditional manual detection device.Furthermore,the uncertainty of the measurements of assess-ment satisfies the demands promoted by technical spevifications for national supervision and inspection.
