具有双轴承结构的电气动扭矩扳子校准装置的研制

针对现有电动、气动扭矩扳子校准装置存在的关键技术指标测量精度低和易产生侧向力影响等缺点,设计一款具有双轴承结构的电气动扭矩扳子校准装置.该装置包括双轴承支撑结构的硬件部分和数字可视化操作软件部分.基于模拟螺栓简化模型,重点设计抵消侧向力影响的双轴承结构.保证整体装置关键部件的强度要求,测量准确度可达0.01 Nm,最大允许误差为±1%.通过对常见电动扭矩扳子进行校准,验证该校准装置具有良好的实用性和可靠性,同时证明其计量性能和功能均满足校准工作需求.对动态扭矩的量值传递和溯源具有重要意义.
Design of calibration device for electric and pneumatic torque wrench with dual bearing
In view of the shortcomings of the existing electric and pneumatic torque wrench calibration devices,such as low measurement accuracy and easy to produce side force influence,a calibration de-vice for electric and pneumatic torque wrench with dual bearing structure is designed.The device includes the hardware part of the dual bearing support structure and the digital visualization operation software part.Based on the simplified model of simulated bolt,the double bearing structure is designed to offset the influence of lateral force.To ensure the strength requirements of the key components of the whole de-vice,the measurement accuracy can reach 0.01 Nm,and the maximum allowable error is±1%.Through the test of common electric torque wrench,it is verified that the calibrating device has good practicability and reliability,and its metrological performance and function meet the requirements of cali-bration work.It is of great significance for the traceability of dynamic torque.
