Research and application of a performance experimental device for PM10 cutters using static box method with multi dispersed aerosols
The cutting efficiency of particulate matter cutter is an important condition to ensure the meas-urement accuracy of particulate matter,so it was very important to test and evaluate it quickly,accurate-ly and reliably.In view of the lack of cutting characteristics testing devices and methods of PM10 polydis-perse aerosol cutters in China,this paper builds a performance experimental device of PM 1ocutters based on the static chamber method of polydisperse aerosol.In this system,the aerosol generating device was used to generate dust polydisperse particles,and the static chamber device was used to mix the polydis-perse particles.The static box structure,sampling port and sampling pipe design were optimized by simu-lation,and the particles were measured by aerodynamic particle size spectrometer.At the same time,the device was used to test the performance of different principles and types of PM10 cutters at home and abroad,and it is verified that the device has the advantages of rapid measurement,stability and reliabil-ity in the cutting characteristics of PM10 cutters.
