摘要

新发布的膜式燃气表国家标准新增了循环周期法耐久性试验,同时对试验条件做了明确要求,文章介绍了一种正压法燃气表耐久性试验装置工作原理与结构,并按照新国标的要求完成了一个循环试验,同步采集燃气表试验过程中的气源容量压力变化、装置运行过程气体温度变化等参数并进行分析,试验结果表明该装置满足新国标耐久性试验的相关技术要求,能够开展膜式燃气表的耐久性试验.

Abstract

The newly released national standard for membrane gas meters has added a cycle method du-rability test and made clear requirements for the test conditions.This article introduces the working princi-ple and structure of a positive pressure method durability test device for gas meters,and completes a cy-cle test according to the requirements of the new national standard.The gas source capacity and pressure changes during the gas meter test process,as well as gas temperature changes during device operation,are synchronously collected and analyzed,The test results indicate that the device meets the relevant technical requirements of the new national standard durability test and can conduct durability tests on membrane gas meters.
