Design of a comprehensive auxiliary calibration device for piston gauges
In response to the problems of low efficiency and many uncertain factors in the current calibra-tion work of piston gauges,this article proposes the development of a comprehensive auxiliary calibration device for piston gauges.The device is based on graphical design,including temperature measurement module,piston position indication and descent speed measurement module,data acquisition and pro-cessing module,etc.Each module is integrated into the device,and data analysis and processing are carried out through upper computer software.It can automatically monitor the motion status and trajectory of the piston gauge in real-time through graphical design.This device can also accurately and effectively calculate the special weight,piston and its connecting parts of the piston gauge based on the calibration data,and achieve automatic generation and export of original records,improving piston gauge calibration work efficiency.
