摘要
离心式血液成分分离机在临床上的应用非常广泛,其性能参数准确与否直接影响病人的健康与安全.根据行业标准和设备技术原理,确定其主要计量特性指标和具体的校准方法,并选择代表性的品牌产品进行实验验证.最后依据校准方法对离心式血液成分分离机的计量特性进行验证,验证结果符合确定的计量特性指标要求.该校准规范的制定可以为离心式血液成分分离机量值溯源提供技术依据.
Abstract
Centrifugal blood component separator is widely used in clinical practice,and the accuracy of its parameters directly affect the health and safety of patients.According to industry standards and equip-ment technical principles,it can determine the main measurement characteristics in metrology and spe-cific calibration methods,and then select products of representative brand for verification.Finally,the measurement characteristics of the centrifugal blood component separator are verified according to the cal-ibration method,and the verification results meet the requirements of the determined measurement char-acteristics.The development of this calibration specification can provide a technical basis for the traceabil-ity of the measurement value of the centrifugal blood component separator.
