计量与工业深度融合发展对策研究

摘要
工业经济作为国家重要经济支柱,一直以来是我国经济发展的重中之重.工业协同绿色低碳促进数字经济高质量发展,成为中国式发展的关键路径,而计量对我国工业经济稳步增长起到有力的推动作用.文章首先分析工业计量在我国工业经济发展不同时期所呈现的特征和发挥的重要作用,着重阐释当下数字计量与双碳计量时代的特征;其次探索计量科技创新对我国工业经济发展起到的助推作用;最后对未来如何应对绿色低碳与数字经济发展,推进计量与工业经济深度融合发展,建立健全"双碳"计量体系,提出对策建议.
Abstract
As an important economic pillar of the country,the industrial economy has always been a top priority in China's economic development.Industrial collaboration,green and low-carbon,promotes high-quality development of the digital economy,becoming a key path for Chinese style development,and measurement plays a powerful role in promoting the steady growth of China's industrial economy.The article first analyzes the characteristics and roles of measurement in different periods of industrial econom-ic development in China,with a focus on explaining the characteristics of the current era of digital meas-urement and dual carbon measurement;Secondly,explore the boosting effect of metrological technology innovation on the development of China's industrial economy;Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed on how to respond to the development of green,low-carbon,and digital economy in the fu-ture,promote the deep integration of measurement and industrial economy,establish and improve the"dual carbon"measurement system.
