摘要

现行压力表送检计量过程根据流程推进的对象不同,分为计量检测机构和计量服务对象.整个过程从压力表由企业申请送校至再送回压力表拆卸的原位置,各环节都有可能发生压力表计量失效情形,全过程因失效而需要风险管理.通过运用PFMEA管理工具,对多主体计量全过程中的风险要素进行分解识别分析,并提出科学合理的对策建议,降低两大主体在压力表计量过程中的失效风险.

Abstract

The current pressure gauge delivery metrology process is divided into metrological testing or-ganisations and metrological service recipients,depending on who is driving the process.The whole process from the pressure gauge from the enterprise application to send to metrological testing organisati-ons to send back to the original location of the pressure gauge disassembly,each link may occur pressure gauge measurement failure,the whole process due to failure and the need for risk management.Through the use of PFMEA management tools,the risk elements in the whole process of multi-principal measure-ment are decomposed,identified and analysed,and scientific and reasonable countermeasures are pro-posed to reduce the risk of failure of the two main parties in the process of pressure gauge measurement.
