摘要
为实现轨道几何检测系统的校准溯源需求,解决动态模拟测量难题,对该系统的结构原理进行分析,设计了包含转向架姿态模拟试验台和轨道几何不平顺模拟试验台的轨道几何检测动态溯源平台.详述了动态溯源平台实现的技术路线,并进行了精度验证,测量结果满足应用需求,为下一步的校准参数、校准方法研究奠定了基础.
Abstract
To meet the calibration requirements of the track geometric detection system and to solve the problem of dynamic simulation measurement,the structural principles of this system were analyzed,and a dynamic calibration platform for track geometric detection was designed,which includes a bogie posture simulation test paltform and a track geometric irregularity simulation test platform.The technical route for realizing the dynamic tracing platform is detailed,and the accuracy is verified.The measurement results meet the application requirements,building the foundation for the research of calibration parameters and calibration methods.
