光栅测长法在玻璃量器计量中的应用

针对传统的玻璃量器计量方法存在计量偏差较大的问题,提出采用光栅测长法计量玻璃量器.以量标检定装置为例,对辨向光路位置进行设置,按照光路位置对量器容量标线参数进行计算,以该参数为基础,使用.光栅测长,建立误差校正模型,结合四象限位置探测器,对光电探测器表面进行划分,并通过光路布局以及产生示意图,对死程误差进行计算,根据误差对容量进行校准,基于校准后的容量参数,使用自准直仪对轴直线度进行测量,得到测量的示值,从而完成玻璃量器计量.进行实验,结果表明,使用此设计的玻璃量器计量方法,计量的偏差较小,应用效果较好.
The application of grating length measurement in glass gauge measurement
Aiming at the problem of large measurement deviation in traditional glass measuring methods,a grating length measurement method is proposed to measure glass measuring instruments.Taking the cali-bration device of a scale as an example,the position of the directional light path is set,and the capacity marking parameters of the gauge are calculated based on the light path position.Based on this parameter,a grating length measurement is used to establish an error correction model.Combined with the four quad-rant position detector,the surface of the photodetector is divided,and the dead path error is calculated through the light path layout and generated schematic diagram.The capacity is calibrated according to the error,Based on the calibrated capacity parameters,use an autocollimator to measure the straightness of the axis and obtain the measured indication,thus completing the measurement of the glass gauge.The ex-perimental results show that using the glass measuring method designed in this article,the measurement deviation is small and the application effect is good.
