文章基于油气回收多参数性能测试方法,搭建了一套油气回收检测仪,并通过现场测试结果验证装置性能.结果表明,压力示值误差、回程误差、零位漂移、流量示值误差和重复性等性能参数测试装置性能的方法是可行的,能够有效解决油气回收检测仪的性能验证问题,同时可保障油气回收检测仪量值传递功能.
Establishment and verification of oil and gas recovery detector based on multi-parameter performance testing method
Based on the multi-parameter performance test method of oil and gas recovery,a set of oil and gas recovery detector is built,and the performance of the device is verified by field test results.The results show that it is feasible to measure the performance of the device with pressure indication error,re-turn error,zero drift,flow indication error and repeatability,it can effectively solve the problem of the performance verification of the oil and gas recovery detector,and guarantee the measure value transfer function of the oil and gas recovery detector.
