摘要

数码电子雷管在民爆行业的全面应用,促进了民爆行业计量测量设备的升级换代,传统民爆行业计量器具如雷管测试仪、爆速测试仪等面临淘汰的局面,新款工业数码电子雷管测试仪的问世,依据现有校准方法已无法满足校准要求.经过大量调研与测试,通过研究工业数码电子雷管电参数测试仪的直流电流、直流电阻以及延期时间、内部晶振信号,设计一款工业数码电子雷管测试仪校准装置,解决了民爆行业工业数码电子雷管电参数测试仪的量值溯源问题.

Abstract

The Ministry of Industry has requested the civil explosion industry to realize the full use of in-dustrial digital detonators,hich has promoted the upgrading for the electronic parameter tester in indus-trial digital detonators,and the original calibration method can not meet the requirements about source tracing.According to the working principle of the industrial digital electronic detonator electric parameter tester,the calibration method is studied from the parameters of delay time,DC resistance,DC current and internal crystal oscillator signal(frequency),the source of uncertainty of electrical parameter tester for industrial digital detonator is analyzed,and the problem of traceability of electrical parameter tester for industrial digital detonator in civil explosion industry is solved.
