摘要
负温度系数(Negative temperature coefficient,简称NTC)热敏电阻温度计的常用测量范围为-60~300 ℃,广泛应用于工业生产、家居电器、科研、国防、海洋等各个方面.相较于金属热电阻温度计,热敏电阻温度计具有稳定性好、价格低廉的优点.对热敏电阻温度计示值不确定的分析评价过程,相关方面的研究较少.文章分析了负温度系数热敏电阻温度计示值测量结果的不确定度来源,对各个不确定度的分量特别是温度计的自热效应进行评定,并给出了总的示值不确定度.
Abstract
The common measurement range of negative temperature coefficient(NTC)thermistor ther-mometers is-60~300 ℃,which are widely used in industrial area,home appliances,scientific re-search,national defense,marine and other fields.Compared with metal-based thermometers,thermistor thermometers have many advantages such as good stability and low cost.There is relatively little research on the analysis and evaluation process of value uncertainty of thermistor thermometers.This paper analyzes the sources of the uncertainty of measurement results of NTC thermistor thermometers,especially the self-heating effect of thermometers,then evaluates the components of uncertainty and provides the overall measurement value uncertainty.
