摘要
有证标准物质是附有证书的标准物质,其一种或多种特性量值用建立了溯源性的程序确定,使之可溯源到准确复现的表示该特性值的测量单位,每一种鉴定的特性量值都附有给定置信水平的不确定度.文章结合工作实际,解读国家有证标准物质最新政策,并对标准物质申报受理要求作了解释,可为研制单位申报标准物质提供借鉴和帮助.
Abstract
Certified Reference Material(CRM)-Reference material characterized by a metrologically valid procedure for one or more specified properties,accompanied by a certificate that provides the value of the specified property,its associated uncertainty,and a statement of metrological traceability.This pa-per interprets the latest national policies on certified reference materials,and explains the requirements of the standard for the application and acceptance of reference materials in combination with the actual work,so as to provide help for the application of reference materials development units.
