摘要

为了方便工程师计算平板的平面度,解决计算方法相对较繁琐、计算量大等问题,文章使用Excel软件的函数计算功能,结合平板的计量检定规程中推荐的方法,实现平板平面度的快速、准确计算,其优势在于可即时、自动判断是否需要通过旋转平面来满足最小条件原则,从而得到更精确的平面度计算值.

Abstract

In order to facilitate engineers in calculating the flatness of flat plates and solve problems such as relatively complex calculation methods and large computational workload,this article uses the function calculation function of Excel software,combined with the recommended methods in the measurement and verification regulations of flat plates,to achieve fast and accurate calculation of flat plate flatness.Its ad-vantage is that it can instantly and automatically determine whether to rotate the plane to meet the mini-mum condition principle,Thus obtaining more accurate flatness calculation values.
