文章旨在探讨一种减速顶应用状态自动监测的方法,介绍了减速顶的应用场景及重要作用,随后设计并研制一套基于真实轨道的减速顶状态监测系统,该系统主要由上位机、制动功测量模块、速度测量模块、固定夹具等构成,通过实验得到一系列测试结果,可实现对减速顶应用状态的监测.该方法符合减速顶实际使用工况,可实时监控减速顶的工作状态,与传统的人工检查方法相比,具有更高的安全性及监测效率,减少人工成本,为铁路设备安全保驾护航.
Research on a monitoring method for the application status of railway vehicle decelerators
This paper aims to explore a method for automatic monitoring of the application sta-tus of speed reducers.It introduces the application scenarios and important roles of speed reducers,and then designs and develops a speed reducer status monitoring system based on real tracks.The system mainly consists of an upper computer,brake power measurement module,speed measurement module,fixed fixture,etc.Through experiments,a series of test results are obtained,which can achieve monito-ring of the application status of speed reducers.This method is in line with the actual usage conditions of speed reducers and can monitor the working status of speed reducers in real time.Compared with tradi-tional manual inspection methods,it has higher safety and monitoring efficiency,reduces labor costs,and safeguards the safety of railway equipment.
