Feasibility Study on Oxygen-Rich Combustion Technology for Double Regenerative Furnace
Based on the introduction of the development,current situation and advantages and disadvantages of regenerative combustion theory and oxygen-rich combustion theory respectively,combined with the limited site conditions of bar 135 t/h blast furnace gas double regenerative heating furnace in a steel rolling plant in a west industrial Co.LTD.,and the status quo of the oxygen generating unit of the industrial company's internal oxygen generating plant is relatively rich.A technical scheme of applying oxygen-rich combustion to double regenerative heating furnace of blast furnace gas is proposed to improve the output of the furnace.The rationality of the technical scheme is analyzed through the factors affecting the technical scheme,the selection of oxygen-rich combustion forms and the influence on the heating furnace,and the fea-sibility analysis is carried out from three aspects:technical feasibility,economic feasibility and environmental feasibility.The increase of out-put,recovery of renovation investment and emission reduction of flue gas of heating furnace are analyzed.The analysis results show that the pipeline and equipment of the combustion system of the current heating furnace meet the demand of the improvement of the output of he heating furnace,the economic benefits are obvious,the investment payback period is short,and the emission reduction effect of the flue gas of the heating furnace is remarkable.
