Design and Simulation of Microcontroller-based PID Control System for Heat Treatment Furnace Temperature
In the production process of smelting and other industries,heat treatment is an important step to determine the quality of forg-ing.Workpiece quenching temperature is too high will lead to workpiece damage,quenching temperature is too low is not enough to eliminate the stress in the workpiece composition,easy to cause the workpiece hardness is not enough.Heat treatment furnace is an important industrial smelting equipment,with a large temperature range,strict temperature control and other characteristics,the temperature control of heat treat-ment furnace has always been the key and difficult point of industrial forging and smelting,the adjustment of furnace temperature will directly affect the quality of components.It analyzes the operation of heat treatment furnace,comprehensively discusses the function and working princi-ple of single chip microcomputer,proposes a design method of PID control system of heat treatment furnace temperature based on single chip microcomputer,and introduces the module setting and control algorithm selection of temperature control system in detail from the perspective of software and hardware development,so as to make the temperature control of heat treatment furnace more intelligent.It can maximize the tem-perature control accuracy of industrial heat treatment furnace,and provide reference suggestions for the intelligent and automatic development of industrial heat treatment.
