基于CoolProp的脱硝烟气加热过程精确计算及应用

在钢铁行业高质量可持续发展要求下,超低排放和节能降碳已逐渐成为行业共识,其中SCR选择性催化脱硝工艺由于具有较高脱硝效率,在钢铁企业超低排放改造中得到广泛应用.针对SCR脱硝工艺中常见的烟气加热过程进行热力学分析,相对于传统理论方法,引入了基于CoolProp的物性计算模型,并加入燃气温度影响因素,利用Python环境编制软件,最终实现了对整个加热过程的精确计算.软件预设了常见烟气和煤气成分数据,相关物性参数通过模型直接得到,省去了查阅手册环节,可在工程应用中显著提高工作效率.最后通过对典型案例的计算和分析,得出了煤气耗量与烟气升温幅度Δt、烟气起始温度t1、空气过剩系数α及煤气种类之间的定量关系,从而总结出更优的运行参数,为相关工程设计或操作运行提供参考.
Accurate Calculation and Application of Denitration Flue Gas Heating Process Based on CoolProp
Under the requirements of high-quality and sustainable development in the steel industry,ultra-low emissions and energy conserva-tion and carbon reduction have gradually become industry consensus.The SCR denitrification process has been widely used in ultra-low emis-sion transformation of steel enterprises due to its high denitrification efficiency.In this paper,thermodynamic analysis is conducted on the com-mon flue gas heating process in SCR denitrification process.Compared with the traditional theoretical method,the physical property calculation model based on CoolProp is introduced,the influencing factors of gas temperature are added,and the Python software is compiled,finally we realizes the accurate calculation of the whole heating process.The software presets the common flue gas and gas composition data,and the physical parameters can directly obtained without using the manual,which can significantly improve the work efficiency in the engineering ap-plication.By analyzing the calculation results of typical cases,the quantitative relationship between gas consumption and flue gas temperature rise range(Δt),flue gas initial temperature(t1),air excess coefficient(α)and gas type are obtained.So as to obtain better operation pa-rameters.It can provide reference for relevant design or operation.
