3×150t/h燃煤锅炉超低排放改造方案设计

针对湖北荆州某电厂3×150 t/h燃煤锅炉超低排放改造方案进行技术研究,提出了:①针对氮氧化物超标情况,采用水冷风室、炉膛出口至分离器进口加速段、分离器锥段下部至炉膛水冷壁下部料腿、返料风系统优化、二次风系统、炉膛受热面改造等锅炉改造措施实现,其中锅炉受热面采用锅炉低氮燃烧改造同时将 14m层以下水冷壁全部更换、增加部分受热面积,降低锅炉原始排放;②针对二氧化硫超标情况,改进石灰石给料系统,提高石灰石给料及时性,仅靠炉内脱硫满足超低排放是可行的实现,同时更换半干法脱硫损坏的设备;③针对粉尘超标情况,将现有布袋除尘器滤袋更换为新型超低排放滤袋,滤袋外层为超细纤维,过滤精度高,可保证粉尘达标排放.

the technical research on the ultra-low emission transformation scheme of 3×150 t/h coal-fired boiler of a power plant in Jingzhou,Hubei Province is proposed:①In view of the excessive nitrogen oxides,boiler transformation measures such as water-cooled air chamber,fur-nace outlet to separator inlet acceleration section,lower part of separator cone section to lower part of furnace water-cooled wall,optimization of return air system,secondary air system,and furnace heating surface transformation are adopted,in which the boiler heating surface is trans-formed with boiler low nitrogen combustion and all the water walls below the 14m floor are replaced.Increase part of the heating area and re-duce the original emission of the boiler;②In view of the situation of sulfur dioxide exceeding the standard,improve the limestone feeding sys-tem,improve the timeliness of limestone feeding,it is feasible to meet the ultra-low emission only by desulfurization in the furnace,and re-place the equipment damaged by semi-dry desulfurization at the same time;③In view of the excessive dust,replace the existing bag filter bag with a new type of ultra-low emission filter bag,and the outer layer of the filter bag is ultra-fine fiber,which has high filtration accuracy and can ensure that the dust is discharged up to the standard.
