Research on Visual Monitoring System for Industrial Boiler Furnace
Industrial boiler is an important industrial heating equipment,generally divided into steam boiler and coal-fired boiler.Industrial boiler furnace is also called combustion chamber,the main function is to organize the space required for fuel combustion,bear the heavy task of heat exchange in the furnace,and ensure that the temperature of the flue gas of the boiler outlet is cooled to the degree allowed by the heat-ing surface.During the operation of industrial boiler,the combustion condition is one of the important monitoring objects that affect the opera-tion of industrial boiler.The combustion situation is one of the important monitoring objects that affects the operation of industrial boilers.Un-stable combustion not only leads to a decrease in the thermal efficiency of the boiler,but also generates noise and pollutants.In severe cases,it can lead to safety events such as furnace extinguishing and explosion.In recent years,China's industry has developed rapidly,and the use of industrial boilers in industries such as energy has been increasing.Strengthening the monitoring of industrial boiler furnace combustion is an important means to address the current situation of energy scarcity and improve the economic benefits of enterprises.The concept and furnace structure of industrial boilers are analyzed,introduces the composition and value of visual monitoring systems,and introduces the visual moni-toring system of industrial boiler furnaces from three aspects:overall architecture,hardware,and software design,aiming to provide design reference for the optimization of industrial boiler operation.
