摘要

分析ET-DecNT电炉电极调节控制系统在使用寿命后期故障频发的原因,构建基于西门子S7-1500PLC硬件的电极调节系统,西门子S7-1500 系列PLC构建电极调节系统设备运行稳定可靠,维护更加便捷.淘汰落后生产技术,采用先进的阻抗控制理念.计算变压器档位阻抗最佳工作点,优化冶炼控制模型,改善电极调节器的控制特性,提升电炉在不同冶炼阶段发挥最优电弧功率,提升电炉冶炼效率,节能降耗,同时解决原系统硬件淘汰断供问题.

Abstract

The reasons for frequent failures of ET-DecNT electric furnace electrode regulation control system in the later period of service life were analyzed,and the electrode regulation system based on Siemens S7-1500PLC hardware was constructed.The equipment of Siemens S7-1500 series PLC electrode regulation system was stable and reliable,and the maintenance was more convenient.Eliminate backward production technology and adopt advanced impedance control concept.Calculate the best working point of transformer gear impedance,optimize smelting control model,improve the control characteristics of electrode regulator,improve the optimal arc power of electric furnace in different smelting stages,improve the smelting efficiency of electric furnace,save energy and reduce consumption,and solve the problem of hardware elimina-tion and supply failure of the original system.
