某企业合成型有机热载体混用研究

有机热载体是一种被广泛使用的优良传导热量的介质,在某些行业使用的有机热载体锅炉需满足特殊的工艺温度要求(操作温度高达340℃),对某行业使用的双组分混合有机热载体进行了特性分析、历年在用有机热载体检验报告调研和在用有机热载体性能测试.经分析,在该行业的工艺条件下混用有机热载体存在满足一定的综合使用特性(倾点较低、操作温度较高、饱和蒸气压较低、不需伴热操作方便等),且该混用有机热载体在历年使用中各项指标变化稳定,未发现突变等情况.但在使用过程中该混用有机热载体也出现过残碳值、酸值超标的现象,其中残炭值最高达3.480 8%,酸值最高达1.002 6 mg KOH/g,调研发现再生处理手段能有效将超标值恢复至允许使用标准.对该企业的在用混合有机热载体进行闪点、运动黏度、残碳和酸值测试,结果表明,除一个样品闪点值达到安全警告标准之外,其余测试性能均在允许使用范围内.最后,为保障此类混用有机热载体锅炉的安全运行,对有机热载体混合添加与再生单位、企业管理操作人员、有机热载体检验单位的工作提出了相关建议.
Study on Use of Mixed Synthetic Heat Transfer Fluid in an Enterprise
The heat transfer fluid is a widely used medium for excellent heat conduction and used in some industries needs to meet the special process temperature requirements(operating temperature up to 340 ℃).The characteristics of the two-component mixed heat transfer fluid used in an industry and inspection report surveys of the heat transfer fluid over the years were analyzed,and the performances of the mixed heat transfer fluid in use were tested.According to the analysis,the mixed heat transfer fluid can meet certain comprehensive application char-acteristics under the technological conditions of the industry(such as low pour point,high operating temperature,low saturated vapor pres-sure,and convenient operation without heat tracking).Meanwhile,the mixed heat transfer fluid has stable changes in various indicators over the years,and no mutations have been found.But in the process of use,there have been residual carbon value,acid value exceeding the phe-nomenon,among which the highest carbon residue value was 3.480 8%,and the highest acid value was 1.002 6 mg KOH/g.The investigation found that the recycling treatment can effectively restore the exceeded value to the allowable standard.The flash point,kinematic viscosity,re-sidual carbon and acid values of the mixed heat transfer fluid were tested,and the results showed that the test performance was within the per-missible range except that the flash point value of one sample reached the safety warning standard.Finally,in order to ensure the safe operation of this kind of mixed heat transfer fluid,we put forward relevant suggestions for the work of the heat transfer fluid mixed addition and regenera-tion unit,enterprise management and operation personnel,and heat transfer fluid inspection unit.
