摘要

汽车工业是弹簧钢的最大用户,而我国有全球最大的汽车市场.随着国家节能减排、"碳达峰、碳中和"目标的提出,传统燃油车的轻量化是大势所趋,而新能源汽车必将迎来进一步的蓬勃发展.新能源汽车底盘需要具备更大的承载力,而底盘系统轻量化是传统燃油车轻量化的重要组成部分,这两方面均要求悬架弹簧需具备更高强度、更大的承载力.为了满足新能源汽车和汽车轻量化的发展要求,兴澄特钢开发了 2 100 MPa级高强度弹簧钢.结合实际案例研究,介绍了 2 100 MPa级高强度悬架弹簧钢的开发过程中非金属夹杂物、脱碳、偏析等关键质量指标对高强度钢的影响,并提出相应的控制措施.

Abstract

The automotive industry is the largest user of spring steel,and China has the world's largest automotive market.With the proposal of national energy conservation and emission reduction,carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals,the lightweighting of traditional fuel vehicles is the trend,and new energy vehicles will inevitably usher in further vigorous development.The chassis of new energy vehicles needs to have greater load-bearing capacity,and chassis system lightweighting is an important component of traditional fuel vehicles.Both aspects require suspension springs to have higher strength and greater load-bearing capacity.In order to meet the development requirements of new energy vehi-cles and lightweight vehicles,Xingcheng Special Steel has developed a 2 100 MPa grade high-strength spring steel.This article combines prac-tical case studies to introduce the impact of key quality indicators such as non-metallic inclusions,decarburization,and segregation on the de-velopment process of 2 100 MPa high-strength suspension spring steel,and proposes corresponding control measures.
