焚烧炉可以将废弃固体燃料、医疗垃圾、生活废品等进行高温焚烧,进行无害化处理,减少新的污染物质产生,同时可以对所产生的热能进行充分利用用于工业化生产.焚烧炉作为工业垃圾处理的重要设备,温度控制水平是影响其工作效率的重要因素.焚烧温度必须要能够超过销毁废弃物的最低温度,温度过高或过低都会对焚烧效果产生不良的影响,高温可能导致焚烧物质过度燃烧,生成有害物质,而低温则可能导致焚烧不完全或产生大量的二氧化碳等温室气体.炉壁以及燃烧气体的温度要保持稳定,避免耐火砖出现损害.在分析焚烧炉结构以及温度控制问题的基础上介绍了一种焚烧炉炉温控制系统设计方案,希望能够保证焚烧过程的稳定性和安全性,提高焚烧质量和效率.
Design of Incinerator Furnace Temperature Control System
Incinerators can waste solid fuel,medical waste,domestic waste and other high temperature incineration,harmless treatment,re-duce the production of new pollutants,while the generated heat energy can be fully used for industrial production.As an important equipment for industrial waste treatment,the temperature control level of incinerator is an important factor affecting its working efficiency.The incineration temperature must be able to exceed the minimum temperature of the destruction of waste,the temperature is too high or too low will have an adverse impact on the incineration effect,high temperature may lead to excessive combustion of incineration substances,the generation of harmful substances,while low temperature may lead to incomplete incineration or produce a large number of greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide.The temperature of the furnace wall and combustion gas should be kept stable to avoid damage to the refractory brick.Based on the a-nalysis of incinerator structure and temperature control problems,a design scheme of incinerator temperature control system is introduced,ho-ping to ensure the stability and safety of incineration process and improve the quality and efficiency of incineration.
