钢铁产业对我国的经济发展至关重要.作为衡量国家工业化水平的重要指标,我国的钢铁产量在改革开放以来增长迅速.在钢铁产业蓬勃发展的势头下,长期以来积累的粗放式发展矛盾也日益凸显.如今钢铁产业面临着环保、能源以及效率等多方面的压力.如何转变产业发展方式,实现精细化发展是钢铁产业面临的重要难题.在钢铁企业的持续发展中,加热炉智能控制系统的必要性越来越受到重视,成为提高生产力和降低成本的重要手段.从加热炉的工艺流程以及控制问题入手分析,介绍了加热炉自动化智能控制所需实现的功能,并提出一种基于专家系统的加热炉智能控制系统设计方案,尽可能提升加热炉的运行安全性以及有效性,通过系统的升级与优化,进一步提升加热炉的自动化程度,有利于工业生产领域的稳定发展.
Research on Automatic Intelligent Control System of Heating Furnace Based on Expert System
The iron and steel industry is very important to the economic development of our country.As an important indicator to measure the level of national industrialization,China's iron and steel production has grown rapidly since the reform and opening up.Under the momentum of the vigorous development of the steel industry,the extensive development contradictions accumulated for a long time have become increasingly prominent.Today,the steel industry is under pressure from many aspects,such as environmental protection,energy and efficiency.How to change the industrial development mode and achieve fine development is an important problem facing the iron and steel industry.In the contin-uous development of iron and steel enterprises,the necessity of intelligent control system of heating furnace has been paid more and more at-tention,and has become an important means to improve productivity and reduce costs.It starts with the analysis of the process flow and control problems of the heating furnace,introduces the functions required for the automatic intelligent control of the heating furnace,and proposes a design scheme of the intelligent control system of the heating furnace based on the expert system,so as to improve the operation safety and ef-fectiveness of the heating furnace as much as possible,and further improve the automation degree of the heating furnace through the upgrade and optimization of the system.It is conducive to the stable development of industrial production.
