Design and Implementation of PLC-based Temperature Control System for Industrial Sintering Furnace
Industrial sintering furnace is an important equipment widely used in metallurgy,ceramics,glass,powder metallurgy and other fields.Through the high-temperature sintering process,powder or granular raw materials are burned into sintered bodies with certain strength and properties.Industrial sintering furnaces usually use electric heating or gas heating,which has high temperature control accuracy and uni-formity.In the sintering process,the temperature and atmosphere conditions in the furnace need to be strictly controlled to ensure that the quality and performance of the sintered body reach the expected goal.China's powder metallurgy industry is limited by technology and produc-tion equipment,and is still in the initial stage of development.The quality of powder metallurgy sintering is greatly affected by sintering tem-perature.Reasonable temperature control method of sintering furnace can ensure the stability of sintering process and product quality.It analyzes the composition and working principle of sintering furnace is analyzed and the design principle and system design scheme of sintering furnace temperature control system is discussed.It ensures the quality and production efficiency of sintering products according to the charac-teristics of sintering process and equipment.
