The economic recession has a strong negative impact on the profits of electric furnace enterprises.In the market economy environ-ment,electric furnace enterprises are an important component of China's national industrial economic structure.The development of electric furnace enterprises not only promotes domestic industrial transformation and upgrading,but also improves China's technological level and inno-vation ability.The fluctuation of profits in electric furnace enterprises is closely related to brand building,product research and development,and even survival.These factors directly affect the sales revenue,market share,and profit margin of the enterprise,thereby affecting its profit-ability.The relationship between changes in earnings of electric furnace enterprises and economic fluctuations is studied.It analyzes the rela-tionship between changes in earnings of electric furnace enterprises and economic fluctuations from multiple aspects,explores the differential impact of economic fluctuations on earnings of electric furnace enterprises,and provides a detailed description of the changes in earnings of e-lectric furnace enterprises under economic fluctuations,as well as the relationship between changes in earnings of electric furnace enterprises and industrial structure adjustment under economic fluctuations.The study found that the development of electric furnace enterprises promotes rapid economic development.
