Establishment of The Mathematical Model of Heating Process of Heating Furnace
Heating furnace is commonly used in steel production equipment,mainly used to heat billet or steel,in order to change its organi-zation,improve its plasticity and machinability.The heating furnace has the advantages of simple structure and convenient operation,and is widely used in steel production.All kinds of industrial furnaces and boilers are high energy consumption cellar furnaces,the consumption of resources is large,the heating furnace in the steel material heating temperature is high,will cause a lot of heat energy loss through the flue gas,so the reasonable control of the heating furnace temperature is an effective channel to save energy and reduce consumption.The construc-tion of the mathematical model of the heating process of the reheating furnace is an important means to improve the temperature variation accu-racy of the reheating furnace.This paper fully introduces the importance of the mathematical model construction of the heating process of the heating furnace is fully introduced,and the theoretical basis of the model the hypothesis of the model construction,the mathematical expres-sion and the solution method are discussed,and puts forward the optimization method of the mathematical model of the heating process of the heating furnace.With the support of the mathematical model,the temperature of the heating furnace is controlled,and the operation efficiency is greatly improved.It provides reference for the improvement of the structure of heating furnace.
