Research on the Flexibility Transformation Scheme of Coal Motor Unit Based on Hydrogen Energy Storage
The existing flexible transformation plan for coal fired power units focuses on local and short-term aspects, making it difficult to e-liminate the long-term life loss and safety risks caused by frequent and rapid load changes to the thermal system. To improve the safety and e-conomy of coal-fired power units participating in auxiliary services in the electricity market,a system level flexibility transformation plan based on hydrogen energy storage system is proposed for coal-fired power units. After analyzing the existing hydrogen production routes,it is believed that the solid oxide electrolysis cell route has a high degree of integration with coal-fired power generation units, and has the comprehensive advantages of assisting coal-fired power generation units in reducing carbon emissions and improving business profits.A feasible combination scheme of hydrogen energy storage system and coal-fired power unit is proposed based on a domestic 1 000 MW ultra supercritical secondary reheat coal-fired unit as the application object. The relevant research results have reference significance for the development of new system level, safe, healthy, and economical coal power flexibility improvement and transformation plans.
